Projects
ELC worked with Giants on the Quayside in the early stages of development of the project. ELC offered forecasting and operational planning including headcounts required, operations budget, job descriptions and educational requirements. Giants on the Quayside passed planning permission in 2019 and is in the final stages of financing.
